How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders is 24-48 working hours in peninsular Spain from the time the order is placed. All shipments will be made by the transport company SEUR.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless you bear the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items, so they will appear in the summary of your purchase. The costs will be calculated depending on the destination:
Spain Peninsular 24hs: 3,90€.
Balearic Islands 24hs: 6,90€.
Portugal 24hs: 4,90€.
Canary Islands 48hs: 14,50€.
For all other destinations, the shipping cost will be calculated in your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
Shipping costs will be free on purchases over 80€ (only for peninsular shipments; Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).
Can I request shipment of an order outside of Spain?
Yes, you can check the shipping conditions and cost in your shopping cart once you have included the destination address and before proceeding with the payment of your order.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you gave us or at one of the carrier's offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded minus the cost of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the confirmation of your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we offer you the possibility to send gifts through our online store. To do this, make the purchase as usual, select the shipping address to which you want us to send the gift and in the step "Shipping" check the option "Wrap for gift". You will be able to write a personalized message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.
Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?
At the moment we do not have this option available.
Shipping costs will be refunded only when Tarantela is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (wrong product shipped, product in bad condition, etc.).
